General

These Terms and Conditions apply to all sales, installations, and services we offer as iDeal Roller Shutters (referred to as “we,” “us,” and “our”).

By using our services or purchasing our products, you accept these conditions.

Website Use

• The information on our website is only for general use, and it may change at any time without warning.
• We do our best to make sure that product descriptions, photos, and prices are always correct, but we can’t promise that they are.
• If you use this website without permission, you might be sued for damages or even face criminal charges.

Orders & Payment

• We make all of our roller shutters, doors, and other products to order.
• After you confirm an order and pay a deposit, you may not be able to cancel it unless the law says you have to.
• At the time of order, we will explain the payment arrangements, such as the deposit and the final balance.
• If we don’t get paid as agreed, we can cancel your order.

Shipping & Delivery

• We can deliver and set up your order anywhere in Adelaide.
• All products are built to order, and when you buy them, you’ll get an approximate delivery/installation time.
• Depending on the product and the availability of the supplier, lead times are usually [2-6 weeks].
• Deliveries and installations happen every day of the week from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Once your order is ready, we will get in touch with you to set up a time and date for the installation.
• We do everything we can to stick to the predicted timescales, but sometimes things happen that are out of our control, including bad weather or problems in the supply chain. In these circumstances, we will let you know right away.

Pricing

• Unless otherwise specified, prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST.
• Prices may change at any time without warning, but confirmed orders will not be affected.
• Special offers or discounts are only valid for the specified period of time.

Installation & Delivery

• We give installation dates in good faith, but they may change because of things we can’t control, including bad weather or delays in getting supplies.
• Customers must make sure that the property is accessible on the day of installation that was agreed upon.
• If there are any extra costs because of site conditions that weren’t mentioned at the time of the quote, the customer may have to pay them.

Warranty

• Our products come with a warranty from the manufacturer that they won’t have any problems with the materials or parts.
• We also offer a guarantee on the quality of our work for installation services.
• Normal wear and tear, overuse, negligence, changes made without permission, or damage caused by things beyond the warranty (such as storms or accidents) are not covered.

Returns & Refunds

• Because our products are made to order, you can’t get your money back if you change your mind.
• Under Australian Consumer Law, customers have the right to a repair, replacement, or refund if a product has a severe problem.

Liability

• We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses that happen as a result of using our products or services.
• These agreements do not take away or limit your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Intellectual Property

iDeal Roller Shutters owns all of the information on its website, including text, photos, logos, and designs. You cannot copy any of it without permission.

Privacy

We value your privacy and follow our Privacy Policy while handling personal information.

Changes to Terms

These Terms and Conditions can be changed at any moment. This page will have updates, and by continuing to use our services, you agree to the new conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Any disagreements will be handled by Victorian courts.
