Refund and Returns Policy
We at iDeal Roller Shutters are proud to offer high-quality roller shutters, security doors, and installation services. We care a lot about making you happy. Please take a moment to read our Returns and Refunds Policy to learn about your rights and our duties under Australian Consumer Law.
Change of Mind
We usually can’t give refunds or exchanges if you change your mind, make a mistake, or just decide you don’t want the product after you order it because our products are handcrafted to fit each customer perfectly.
Faulty or Defective Products
Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to a remedy if you get a product that is broken, not as advertised, or not what you ordered. You might be able to get:
- A repair,
- A replacement, or
- A refund (in cases of major failure).
We will look at each case according to consumer legislation to make sure it is fair.
Installation Workmanship Guarantee
Our skilled crew offers a guarantee on all of their installation work. If something goes wrong because of a bad installation, we will fix it right away at no extra cost.
Warranty
Our roller shutters and other goods come with a manufacturer’s guarantee that covers defects in parts and materials. Depending on the type of product, the warranty duration may be different. For more information, please see your warranty paperwork.

Please get in touch with us within a fair amount of time to ask for a repair, replacement, or refund by giving us:
- Your name and contact details,
- Proof of purchase (invoice or receipt), and
- A description (and photos, if possible) of the issue.

Exclusions
This policy does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear,
- Misuse, neglect, or accidental damage,
- Problems that happen when you don’t follow the care and maintenance instructions, or when iDeal Roller Shutters or an authorised technician don’t make changes or repairs.
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
